To deal with matters related to the Trade Union Law, such as drafting, reviewing and revising collective contracts, participating in collective bargaining, guiding companies in setting up trade unions, and handling disputes and controversies with trade unions;
To guide companies in the declaration and payment of social insurance and the transfer of social insurance relations, and provide legal advice to companies on other aspects related to social insurance;
To represent in mediation, reconciliation, arbitration and litigation related to labor disputes;
To represent in litigation of labor disputes over work-related injuries;
To provide training to companies on labor law, compliance/anti-corruption and trade secret protection.
