On the morning of July 5, 2021, the purchase of assets issued by Anhui Jiangnan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangnan Chemical" with the stock code: 002226) represented by the lawyer of Kangda, and was unconditionally approved by the Acquisition and Reorganization Committee of the Listed Company of China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On June 10, 2021, Hengli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengli Group" or "the Company") for which legal services are provided by Kangda completed the issuance of RMB 12 billion privately placed exchangeable corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as "current bonds"). On May 12, 2021, China Railway Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Group") spun off the IPO stocks of China Railway High-Speed Electrification Equipment Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "High-Speed Electrification") and made the listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board to be approved at the 30th meeting of the Science and Technology Innovation Board Listing Committee in 2021.

The Supreme Court recently made the retrial judgment on the contract dispute between the Applicant, Cinda Investment Co., Ltd. ("Cinda Investment"), Beijing Cinda Real Estate Co., Ltd. The case of equity transfer dispute between Baofeng Group and Everbright represented by Lu Junxi, a senior partner of Kangda Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Kangda"), was heard by the Higher People's Court of Beijing Municipality in the first instance.
