Kangda has helped China Railway Group to spin off the IPO stocks of its subsidiary, High-Speed Electrification, and make the listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board to be successfully approved at the meeting

On May 12, 2021, China Railway Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Group") spun off the IPO stocks of China Railway High-Speed Electrification Equipment Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "High-Speed Electrification") and made the listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board to be approved at the 30th meeting of the Science and Technology Innovation Board Listing Committee in 2021.

Kangda, as the special legal adviser of the issuer for the initial public offering of shares and listing project of High-Speed Electrification, has provided professional legal services for High-Speed Electrification throughout the entire process since the start of the project, helping High-Speed Electrification to successfully pass the review of the Listing Committee.

China Railway Group is an H+A listed enterprise (SH.601390, HK.00390). At present, it is an R&D and production enterprise of electric railway catenary products and urban rail transit power supply equipment with early construction, large scale, advanced technology, complete varieties and wide market coverage in the same industry in China. It is a leading enterprise in the field of electric railway and urban rail transit power supply equipment in China. Some products have filled in gaps in the localization of key parts of rail transit power supply system in China, and many products have reached the international leading level.
