He used to be a local judge in Shanghai and now is appointed as an arbitrator by 10 well-known arbitration institutes including CIETAC and has been providing 500 Fortune Companies with legal services for years.

Mr. YOU is a legal expert in construction and real estate area as well. He used to work as a manager with the governmental real estate agency and was also qualified as a real estate appraiser. He used to work with the real estate group of a US law firm as an Of Counsel and with a multinational company as GM in charge of legal department for real estate projects.

The leading lawsuits represented by Mr. YOU include the arbitration case in connection with the first batch of PE gambling agreements in China, the arbitration case arising from a build & lease agreement against a famous French supermarket, the first litigation case related to British JCT building contract. The leading transactions handled by Mr. YOU include the north hub construction by a German company at Pudong Airport, the complex development at Shanghai North Bund by a Southeast Asian company.
