JIANG Hua has more than 17 years of working experience, and is good at listing financing, merger and reorganization, venture capital (VC), private placement (PE), family office, foreign investment, technology introduction and transfer of large projects, international trade and other related legal business. Representative cases include:

1. She has hosted the initial public offering (IPO), refinancing or additional offering of dozens of Listed Companies in China, the United States, Hong Kong and Canada, including Galaxy magnet, 263 network communication, Emerging Eastern Aviation Equipment and other A-share listing projects; overseas listing projects of eFuture, Dehaier Medical, Xinyu hengdeli and Migao group, etc.

2. In the field of private wealth management, since 2008, Ms. JIANG's family office team has provided clients with legal services related to family business governance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, family trust, property inheritance planning, charitable donation, overseas offshore company establishment, international patent retrieval, foreign exchange arrangement, global litigation verification, etc.
