CHEN Jian passed the Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2004 and worked in the Legal Department of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2010. In July 2010, he practiced in Hunan Xianghe Law Firm. In December 2013, he co-founded Hunan Xiangda Law Firm and served as senior partner and executive director. Representative cases: Represented Hunan Satellite TV Broadcasting Channel against Dongyang ** Media Co.,Ltd. and Dongyang **** Media Co.,Ltd. in a dispute over the right to broadcast two television programs and won the lawsuit (the amount of the subject matter was nearly 300 million yuan); Represented Changsha Jinxiang Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd. against Hunan **Development Co.,Ltd. in an arbitration case regarding the dispute over construction contracts for construction projects (the amount of the subject matter was 33 million yuan).
