Work Experiences

WANG Wende has nearly 20 years of experience as a legal practitioner. Before he became a lawyer, he worked in a large state-owned enterprise. Before joining Kangda Law Firm, he served as a senior partner and deputy director of a well-known law firm in Jiangsu. And now he is a senior partner and the director of Kangda Nanjing branch.

Mr. WANG is currently listed as a member of the Legal Experts Bank of the Political and Legal Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the director of the Construction and Real Estate Committee of the Direct Branch of the Jiangsu Lawyers Association and the director of the Construction Engineering Professional Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association.

Mr. WANG has over the years provided professional legal services for many sizable central and local state-owned enterprises, well-known private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, and some listed companies. Mr. WANG is capable of handling litigation, arbitration, and non-litigant legal services in the areas ranging from state-owned enterprise restructuring, corporate bankruptcy reorganization, non-performing asset disposal, ship building, infrastructure investment, etc. He boasts abundant theoretical accumulation and rich practical experience.
